Vivian Adriana Pacheco Ramirez joined My Tenant Lawyer with years of global public interest experience and success improving the lives of others both locally and worldwide.
A lawyer in Bolivia, Ms. Pacheco Ramirez previously represented the Plurinational State of Bolivia as Consul at the Consulate General of Bolivia in Los Angeles, with jurisdiction in sixteen states in the western United States.
Prior to making Los Angeles her home, she served in New York as a Delegate Expert from the Plurinational State of Bolivia at the United Nations in the 2nd Committee related in Economy, Sustainable Development and Environmental Issues and 6th Committee related in legal issues. At the United Nations, some of Ms. Pacheco’s notable accomplishments include:
- Negotiated UN Second Committee Resolutions on development issues including the Millennium Development Goals, South-South Cooperation, Harmony with Nature, Biological Diversity and its contribution to sustainable development, agricultural development and food security
- Madam Chair coordinator for the Group of the G77 and China for initial negotiations for the Quadrennial Comprehensive Policy Review of the UN Operational Activities for Development during the 69th session of the General Assembly.
- Served as the Country Representative for the UN Post 2015 Development Agenda in preparatory meetings and negotiations.

Ms. Pacheco Ramirez has also represented the public as the Legalizations Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Plurinational State of Bolivia in La Paz.
